Coaching, mentoring and consulting services are provided exclusively outside the scope of medical or psychotherapeutic treatment and do not constitute healthcare services.
They do not replace medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic diagnosis or treatment.

These services are offered within the framework of a commercial activity.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

Psychotherapeutic services are exempt from VAT in accordance with § 4 No. 14 (a) of the German VAT Act (UStG).

Coaching and consulting services may be subject to VAT unless a statutory exemption applies.
