Therapy Sessions

Therapy is suitable for you if you are starting to suffer or are already suffering for quite some time from mentally or emotionally overwhelming experiences. This might also be expressed in psychosomatic or ongoing physical issues, a low self-esteem or conflicts in your relationships.

What I do is not just talk therapy. I am convinced that therapy only works deeply if body, mind, emotions and your soul are addressed in the sessions. That`s why I did 7 years of somatic body work therapy on top of my 4 year Gestalt therapy training and diploma degree in Clinical Psychology and I am doing Somatic Therapy with my clients since about 15 years. Currently, I am in training for Somatic Experiencing, a therapy method to work with trauma.

Therapy can support you dealing with and healing from:

  • Depression/ depressive mood symptoms

Starting therapy with me means that we have sessions once a week or every second week in the beginning which can be extended to less frequent appointments as soon as you feel more stable.

I don`t make any quick-fix-healing promises but if you are commited to change, my experience showed, that you will feel better already after a few therapy sessions and reach deeper healing of your issues within a process of few months.

Shamanic Healing

I studied psychology and mindfulness to learn about the mind. 

I became a holistic therapist to learn about the emotions and the importance of the body when it comes to healing. 

And then came a point where I felt that there is still a puzzle piece missing if I want to fully support my clients and make sense of the struggles we are facing in life: That`s when I became a shamanic healer and learned about the soul.

In ancient times, the job of the shamans was to keep the people of the tribe in good health. Physically, mentally and energetically.

As modern medical professionals, we sometimes (actually quite often) seem to forget, that when a client comes to see us with a physical or psychological problem, this problem always started on an energetic level first, where it could be treated before becoming a problem for the mind, heart or the body later on. 

The physical body is the last instance on which it is shown to us, that we are not well or that something within our system got out of balance.

A shamanic session with me means 10 minutes talk about the issues you wish to transform, 30 minutes treatment & 15 minutes follow-up talk.

We will arrange a maximum of 3 shamanic sessions for the issues you are struggling with at the moment but it can be that already after the first session the problems you brought clear and dissolve.

Couples Counselling

Couples counselling is suitable for you and your partner, if you feel stuck in a relationship crisis or if you wish to learn new ways of understanding and connecting with each other.

When you as a couple are already in a crisis, you usually feel stressed, helpless, sometimes also angry and overwhelmed. Maybe you try to solve your problems first by yourself, which is great, but you will most certainly continue to fall into the same dysfunctional patterns which led you into the crisis on the first place, if you don`t learn something new. As time goes by, you might find it harder and harder to talk to each other which creates a distance you don`t wish for.

Couples therapy can help you to understand each other better and especially to emotionally connect better with your partner to develop a new, fulfilling and loving togetherness.

Coaching

Coaching sessions are suitable for you if you are not really suffering but have a strong wish for change and personal development and if you feel that you are not living your full power and potential yet – either personally, professionally, in relationships or on a spiritual level.

In Coaching I mainly work with what I call “sensitive High-Performers” – active, strong, successful and at the same time sensitive and intuitive women and men who wish to shift from feeling overwhelmed, not grounded, sometimes anxious or overagitated with little idea about their true needs and low confidence -> towards feeling stable, confident, being friends with all sorts of emotions, connected with themselves and full of energy to enjoy life!

I usually offer packages of 5 or 10 coaching sessions but we can also arrange according to your individual needs.
