Born and raised in the German Bavarian town Kulmbach, I lived in Munich for a couple of years and moved to Berlin in 2007.
Due to my unbroken love of theatre I studied theatre sciences at the University of Munich and made a training in cultural management. After several jobs in the field of event management I started my own business and worked as a freelance consultant in marketing and exhibition consulting for the BMW Group. As a part of the team my job was to organise international trade shows for the brands BMW and MINI.
In 2007 I decided to move to Berlin following my wish for changes in my personal and professional life. At the IGG Berlin I graduated a 4-year Gestalt therapist training and studied psychology at the Humboldt University of Berlin. In my diploma thesis in psychology I examined the effects of mindfulness training on stress management, self-awareness and personality.
I did further trainings in Gestalt Body Process Psychotherapy since 2012 until now (2017) and I am a certified Systemic Coach and Systemic Team Coach. In spring 2017 I will finish my training to become a certified Business Trainer and Business Coach.
Besides seeing clients at my own private practice in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg I work as a trainer for Gestalt therapy at the IGG Berlin and I offer seminars and workshops for companies and university institutes (e.g. Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin AOEV and School GRC).
