WHEN IS IT THE RIGHT RETREAT FOR ME?
The retreat is perfect for you when you are a women who needs some space to fill up her batteries and who wants to go home with some tools to integrate into her lifestyle that help when times get stressful and the energy low.

WHAT DO WE DO EXACTLY DURING THE RETREAT?
Well, we will speak, we will sing, we will dance, we will laugh and we will cry. We will breathe, meditate, sing mantras, work with our chakras, practice ancient shamanic healing techniques as well as modern coaching tools. The retreat days focus on your female power and energies and you will get my full basket of experience as a clinical psychologist, therapist, coach, shamanic healer, mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend.
Together we will see, which aspects of your female power and energy needs healing or support to be fully expressed again.
The steps we take during all of my retreats are based on the 6 steps of my book "CONNECTme" (so far only available in German):
1. GROUNDING
Find inner stability and a strong base to start from.
2. DETOXING
Let go of what keeps you unconnected to your inner wisdom.
3. LOVING
Answer your life questions and find solutions to problems from the wisdom of your heart.
4. BONDING
Where in your surrounding do you find true support for your personal growth and which relationships/ connections are doing you no longer any good?
5. BOUNDING
How can you keep healthy boundaries to not fall back into old habits?
6. GROWING
How do you stop sabotaging your growth and what is the exact next step you will take after the retreat?
